Simon has extensive experience in designing and developing software for professional services organisations, with a proven track record of delivering innovative yet practical products. In particular, he has an unrivalled 15 year track record of designing integrated software solutions for the LexisNexis InterAction professional services CRM platform.
After joining Tikit in 1997, he played a key part in introducing InterAction to the UK legal market, leading the early UK implementations and becoming the first InterAction Certified Professional outside the USA.
He was responsible for the original design and development of Tikit's E-Merge and ReAction Server products which provided unique eMarketing functionality for InterAction and gained over 250 InterAction customers worldwide including many of the largest legal and professional services firms.
He founded FellSoft in October 2009, with the aim of helping professional services firms gain the maximum advantage from their investment in CRM by delivering beneficial integrated software solutions.
